Andrew BartmanBartman has been the Director of Coaching Development for USA Baseball Staff since March 2019, where he is in charge of developing coaching resources and working with the Develops team to assess and grow the organization's coaching education offerings. He also manages the Coaches Clinics program, growing the free Community Clinics program to include both in-person and virtual events that are attended by thousands of coaches each year. Bartman launched the Regional Clinics program in December of 2019, where USA Baseball partners with MLB clubs to host two-day coaching immersion events with high level presenters at MLB ballparks. Prior to joining USA Baseball, Bartman was the Youth Division Liaison at the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) for two years. While there, he coordinated Community Clinics and managed the Youth Clinics at the organization's national convention. He also served as a baseball coach at the collegiate level for 12 years.
