The Premier Showcase League (PSL) is a division of the Northern Virginia Travel Baseball League (NVTBL) 16u - 18u.  The PSL was created to provide elite level competition for high school players looking to play baseball at the next level.  We have developed a better system to support our local programs/teams while reducing travel expenses and time.  Competitive weekday games locally.  Customized scheduling to create your own schedule around showcase events and tournaments.  REDUCE the amount of travel weekends/events.

We also offer a PSL Futures division for 15u - 16u players.

* PSL Teams will ultimately still create their own event schedule outside of PSL games.

PSL RECRUITING TOOLS

The PSL will include a base weekday schedule of games in both the summer and fall seasons.  Weekend options will be available.

*  Showcase your skills on weekdays
*  Competitive local games.  More than just showcase baseball.  
*  Live web-streaming of PSL Games (promoted to college coaches)
*  Games will be held at premier fields
*  PSL league games will include an announcer and scoreboard operator
*  Stats will be tracked at the team and league level in the PSL


VALUE ADD EVENTS
The PSL will provide Value Add Events that will save families money while providing opportunities for our local players.  

1 DAY COLLEGE CAMPS
Player Development camps at colleges run by college coaches and PSL staff members.  These camps are at targeted schools that are within a days drive.

COLLEGE TOUR TRIPS
Each summer the PSL teams will plan a couple different 2 day trips and visit up to 6-8 colleges on each trip.  College tours, talk to the coaches and play at a couple of the schools on each trip.  Total cost ends up at roughly $15 - $20 per player for each trip.  

LOCAL COMBINE EVENTS
Players will be tested  in objective based skill tests which can be shared with college coaches.  Data can also be utilized to identify areas to work on from a player development perspective.

SHOWCASES
We run 3 showcases a year within the PSL.  One in the summer (free), one in the fall (free) and one in the winter (fees due to indoor complex).  

LOCAL TOURNAMENTS
We will host and play in local mini-tournaments along with our local regular season games.  Coaches will be invited to our local events which will be played on prime fields.
